Nero Archive offers fine art prints. Product descriptions, dimensions, and materials are provided on each product page. Unless stated otherwise, frames and decorative accessories shown in photographs are not included.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping provider. Delays caused by postal services, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

The design, presentation, selection, and visual content of this website are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, copied, redistributed, or used without prior written permission.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
